Important Information:
Please note that the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 weeks. Customized items will be dispatched separately from standard products, as they are fulfilled from distinct locations. In case your order includes both personalized and regular items, you can expect to receive your shipment in multiple packages.
However we will do everything we for you to receive your custom products as fast as possible.

QR Code Sharing:

Tap-to-Share Functionality:
Experience the convenience of tap-to-share on iPhone models such as XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
This feature is also compatible with most Android devices. Android users should enable NFC in their settings to utilize this functionality.

Customize your product at any time:
You can easily customize your product from within your account area effortlessly, simply login and customize it, no need to download an app or install anything.

Sharing requirements:
You can share with your Tap or Scan product without any requirement, you can use both the tap to share function if you can and use NFC or else, you can always scan your QR code.

Shipping

Your order will arrive between 1-2 weeks.

This will vary for customised products which will be shipped separately.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return process email us at returns@my.taporscan.eu with the following information:

- Order number
- Photos of the products
- Email address used for the purchase

We will then give the next intructions.
If the return is approved, we will block the order products and evaluate how to move forward.
