Can I have more than 1 product with the same digital card?

Yes! You can activate an unlimited number of products to your single digital business card.
Many of our customers have a Tap or Scan tag on their phone, a card in their wallet.
On your product area, click the product image, copy your unique product link, on the product you want to be the same, simply redirect it to this link.

Absolutely not and neither do you!
This is part of the magic of Tap or Scan it is so easy to connect.
Your profile opens in their browser, which every smartphone has.

How do I activate my Tap or Scan Product?

Simple!
1- Just Tap or Scan your recently purchased product
2- Login or Register
The product is automatically activated on the signed in account.

How do I place a Tap or Scan sticker on the phone?

The models with a protection layer, such as Dot Classic and Sticker Classic are designed to be placed on any surface. They have a durable adhesive that allows you to get creative with where you’d like to place it.

Even thought our Dot Thin can be placed anywhere, we suggest it be stuck under your phone case as it does not have the same protective cover and the products mentioned above.

On Iphones we suggest placing stickers on the back bottom of you iPhones.

For Androids, we suggest you turn on NFC on your device, make sure you understand where your Android reads NFC, if it is on bottom top or bottom, once you know that, place it on the other making sure your product won't be constantly activating NFC.

How do I access my account?

Option 1
Browse onto www.taporsan.eu and click on the login button on the top right corner.

Option 2

Once you are in this page you can click on your browser options and add a shortcut to your smartphone home screen.

Android and IOS apps are being developed.

Can I change my Digital Business Card?

Sure you can!
You can change your information as much as you can, simple head to the given product and update your page information.

Custom Products

How should I do it?

We recommend for all orders under 25 units that you use our website software to submit your art.
For orders above 25 you will be able to work with one of our team designers.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No, we will produce your custom product from a single design.
Feel free to place your single order.

Is there a discount on bulk orders?

Absolutely! All you've gotta do is Contact us and our sales team is gonna enter in contact with you.

What is the turn around on a custom order?

It can vary substantially, we usually say 2-5 weeks after design confirmation.
However, we can assure you that we will be working to ship your products to you as fast as we possibly can.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Your selected items will be dispatched from our warehouse and are anticipated to reach your designated destination within a timeframe of 2 to 8 business days. The exact duration of delivery is contingent upon both the shipping method chosen and the specific destination.

It's crucial to acknowledge that the indicated shipping times are approximate and subject to variation based on the shipping option finalized during the checkout process. Each available shipping option will showcase an estimated number of business days, reflecting the carrier's anticipated timeframe for delivery. Please note that these estimates exclude any fulfillment time required for order processing.

Is free shipping available?

Unfortunately not for orders under 25 units.
However we can proudly say that we do not profit from our shipping charge.
